**The Opportunity**

As the **Head of Data & AI**, you will lead the data and artificial intelligence functions, oversee the architecture, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives, and ensure the delivery of impactful insights that drive business growth. You will work closely with executive leadership to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Lead and manage the Data & AI team, including data engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Develop and implement the company’s data strategy and AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive AI/ML initiatives, including model development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business units to translate strategic goals into actionable data insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation, data literacy, and advanced analytics across the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning and data analytics.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; PhD preferred but not required.
- **Extensive experience (10+ years) in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles.**:

- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing data and AI teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering AI/ML solutions that create business impact.
