**Responsibilities**:

- Development of design concepts and ideas (primarily of Robotics theme) with graphics that appeal to target audiences across digital and traditional media - corporate collateral, website and social media etc.
- Provide creative direction to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software as required
- Develop and manage artistic direction of website including layout, interface, graphics and updates
- Manage iconography, imagery and typography across all company touchpoints and marketing channels for all business units
- Collaborate with marketing team in company’s marketing efforts - campaigns, advertising and events - for all business units
- Take all internal design briefs to specified requirements and liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure quality checks
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop all event materials such as posters, banners, backdrops, and other design needs
- Schedule project implementation in terms of graphics development and collateral production across business units
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

**People Requirements**:

- Diploma in Graphic Design/Arts or related field and/or minimum 4-5 years of proven graphic design experience
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of creative work across traditional and digital media for brands, campaigns
- Knowledge in operating video editing and motion graphics software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects etc.)
- Proficiency in front-end website design and coding (HTML and CSS). Knowledge of JavaScript and full-stack development would be a plus.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret a Creative Brief/Campaign Brief and ideate a proposed concept and direction which fulfils the requirements
- Ability to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept through artistic direction
- Familiarity and understanding of digital media fundamentals - website, social media and other digital activations
- Ability to consistently meet turnaround time for graphic and creative materials
- Ability to present ideas, brainstorm and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
