**About The Role**

We seek a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at NorthStar Creative. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective design solutions for our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our creative team to develop a wide range of design materials, from social media graphics to website layouts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create eye-catching and engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and more.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design materials, ensuring they align with the client's brand guidelines.
- Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide design solutions that meet their objectives.
- Develop compelling visual narratives that convey complex ideas and messages effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to ensure our design work remains innovative and impactful.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing various design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take creative direction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.

**Location**

Singapore office

Depending on operational requirements and the nature of activities and events, there may be instances where the job requires you to work off-site and participate in photography and marketing events.

**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (SGT)
