Responsible for complete RPA (Robotic Process Automation) end-to-end process development i.e. requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, develop, testing, documentation and post deployment hyper-care support.
- Ensures RPA solutions adhere to standards and delivery within the timeline.
- Manage process owners/SMEs and provide regular updates.
- Liaises with IT team on infrastructure and deployment related requests.
- Provides RPA day to day operational support.
- Provides 2nd Level support on RPA issues/defects include but not limited to troubleshooting, investigation and urgent fixes.
- Provides guidance to junior development team on RPA end to end process development
- Supports UAT and Post Production verification including investigation and troubleshoot of any issues/defects in production and UAT.
- Assist Head of RPA in preparing and providing the information needed for regular management reporting.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Assist in facilitating workshops and work with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.

**Our Requirements**:

- Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.
- RPA Tools Certifications (Preferably Kryon RPA Advance developer certified)
- Atleast 3 years’ of RPA development and implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of RPA development lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal skills to work together with various stakeholders to solve complex models.
- Collaborative team player.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
