**Responsibilities:
- Evaluating suitable processes for RPA
- Understanding and translating business processes into Process Design Documents (PDD) for RPA development
- Initiating and leading discussion with business users
- Performing code review of RPA scripts and provide constructive feedback and enhancements
- Ensuring proper governance and adherance to MAS regulatory requirements
- Providing support and maintenance of RPA bots in production
- Ensuring and maintaining proper documentation for RPA projects Building a digital culture within the bank (eg. organising business essential workshops)

**Requirements:
**Qualifications**:
Minimally a Diploma in Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline, or a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory Licensing Requirements

Advanced certification in RPA software (preferably Automation Anywhere), or commitment towards certification

Relevant Work Experience
- Experience in driving digital transformation, preferably in the banking and finance industry
- Experience with one or more RPA technologies (eg Automation Anywhere, UiPath) Basic knowledge in network architecture

Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in programming (eg. Python), VBA, SQL and databases
- Experience with at least one RPA technology
- Requirements gathering, process analysis, design and implementation Problem-solving

- Willingness to learn and pick up technical competencies
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
- Strong team player
- Highly driven, autonomous and resilient
- Interest in technology
