**THK**MC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. **THK**MC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. **THK**MC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

DESIGNATION : Part-Time Project Coordinator (6 Month Extendable)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport with seniors by initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations in community spaces.
- Provide seniors the time and space to share their thoughts and experiences.
- Plan and support community activities and events that foster engagement and interaction.
- Collate and maintain data related to senior engagement using Excel for internal reference.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate versatility and creativity in interactions and activities with seniors.
- Support on Saturdays when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma
- Open to working on Saturdays and committing to a 3-day workweek as per company requirements.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Sociable, approachable, and comfortable interacting with seniors in informal community settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data collation and reporting.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to brainstorm and execute engaging activities.
- Passionate about serving seniors and contributing to their well-being.
- Bonus: Creative skills such as sketching or art are an added advantage.
