Specialist, Operations - Settlement (Bonds & Repos/D&R/AP)

to join our Operations team. The

Specialist, Operations - Settlement (Bonds & Repos/D&R/AP)

is responsible in managing all aspects of remittance and deposits and other Operations tasks assigned.

**Responsibilities**:
Processing of remittances and deposits

Manage all aspects of accounts payable, particularly on travel and expenses claims via various payment modes (Internet Banking, GIRO, cheques etc)

Manage all reporting related to accounts payable

Back up processing for settlement of Treasury products

**Requirements**:
Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or a relevant discipline

Minimum 2 years of related working experience focusing on Remittance & Deposits and/or Accounts Payable

Independent and analytical team player with good communication skills

Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties
