At Income, Corporate Business provide Group and Commercial Insurance for Businesses to protect themselves and their employees. This role plays an integral part between the business, operations and technical teams. To fulfill this role, being business and tech savvy, and meticulous is crucial.

You will be working within the System Business Analyst team that drives prioritization of Corporate Business systems enhancement and projects.

We are looking for a collaborative individual with good interpersonal skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders from various business lines. As System Business Analyst Manager, you play a critical role in the implementation of new systems, products & supporting various Corporate Business stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support Corporate Business team users on all system related matters
- Support smooth implementation of a new core Group/Commercial insurance system (BIX), including but not limited to review of business solution document, conduct user acceptance testing, data migration and implementation support
- Assist Corporate Business to consolidate and prioritise systems related enhancements/projects with all stakeholders
- Work with IT/Vendors on the approved enhancements/projects; this includes the review of business solution document, conduct user acceptance testing and implementation support
- Continuously assess for improvements in system and process flows
- Vendor Management
- Work with IT & onshore/offshore vendors to resolve system issues
- Work with IT for vendor management & service delivery
- Project Management
- Support Corporate Business work stream and stakeholders and in-depth participation in corporate business projects
- Involve in the project management life cycle

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Business / IT or a relevant discipline
- Minimally 8 years of experience delivering business operation system enhancements within an Insurance/Financial services industry, having a lead role will be a plus
- Relevant Business Analyst and Project Management experience in related projects
- Good knowledge and implementation experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology in SDLC.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in team, being a strong team player who can work well with various stakeholders.
- Effective communication skill with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
