As a successful hire, you will not only be responsible for building and managing our HR function, but be key in developing a great company culture and a great place to work. **Key responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the HR team of 3, to support all HR matters in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, which comprises of around 200 headcounts
- Build a HR function across all functional areas such as compensation and benefits, training and development among others
- Support the senior management to foster a strong company culture in line with the company’s values and objectives
- Partner with the head of departments to hire strong talent across all levels of seniority
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders to source, identify and recruit top talent for immediate and growth needs

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a generalist, with strong focus on HR business partnering and HR operations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation
- Deep knowledge of HR functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly organized
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and a keen interest in personal finance and investing
- Previous experience in a highly matrixed fast paced organization/start-up where priorities are constantly evolving
