Bakers Assistant

**We're Hiring: Baker (Swiss Roll Specialist) | Dalaland, Singapore**

Dalaland is Singapore’s **first sugar-light Swiss roll brand**, proudly crafting beautiful and delicious desserts using **premium ingredients** — no margarine, no preservatives, ever. As a fast-growing startup, we're looking for a passionate and reliable **Baker** to join our core kitchen team.

**Your Role**:

- Daily baking of sponge cakes and preparation of fillings
- Confident in **rolling, assembling and decorating** Swiss rolls
- Maintain **consistency, cleanliness, and high standards**:

- Assist in R&D of new flavors and seasonal launches
- Work closely with the founder and kitchen team to improve efficiency and creativity

**We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in baking and pastry, especially sponge cakes or roll cakes
- Strong **attention to detail** and good hands-on skills in rolling & decorating
- A **positive, can-do attitude** — you're proactive, reliable, and take pride in your craft
- **Eager to learn and grow** with the brand; open to feedback and innovation
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and be a true team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
