To assist in the day - to - day laboratory operations, you would:

- Sample test raw materials and finished products using various laboratory equipment.
- Interpretate test data to determine if products meet specifications and to certify them for sale to end customers.
- Be responsible for product formulations, maintain and update them in the Company ERP system.
- Consult with production (toll blender), purchasing and logistics to assure that all customer and project quality assurance requirements are understood and included in the various processes to complete production and shipment.
- Prepare summary of test results and issue reports.
- Resolve customer complaints arising from product quality issues, prevent recurrence.
- Be responsible for Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and comply with correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and supplies in the laboratory.
- Assist in writing procedures, instructions, training materials and in ISO 9001 activities.
- Stay informed with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Undertake other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.
