Quality Specialist - Electrical Laboratory Join to apply for the Quality Specialist - Electrical Laboratory role at ABB . This position reports to: EL Sales Support Manager - Technical Sales. Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, enhancing quality culture, systems, tools, and teams to exceed customer expectations and ensure sustainable operations. You will assist the organization in achieving a balanced mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root‐cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable problem‐solving. You will collaborate with local functions that impact quality results to reach targets and aim for world‐class performance. Conduct thorough investigations on customer return products to identify issues and determine root causes. Perform root‐cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage and process all customer claims efficiently and effectively. Prepare detailed reports on findings, analyses, and corrective actions. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or extensive hands‐on experience with electrical components. Strong understanding of low‐voltage circuit breakers, contactors, and other electrical components. Experience using digital equipment including voltage generators, current generators, digital recorders, etc. is an advantage. Excellent communication and report‐writing skills. High proficiency in English; Chinese Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is nice to have.
