Lark Lead Development Team
The Lead Development team in Lark APAC is responsible for reaching out to customers and generate new business opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Lead Development Representative (Lark, APAC) to join our team in reaching out to customers and generate new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as covering your region with outbound activities. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify customer pain-points and sell collaboration SaaS solutions.
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong relationships with potential customers.
- Create reliable forecasts, manage pipeline and achieve sales target.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams.
- Add value to the customers' business and maintain a goal-oriented approach to the business partnership.
- Demonstrate to customers how they benefit by partnering with our solution and how our solutions deliver results.
- Collaborate with marketing team to attend or host events, including but not limited to conference, seminar & webinar.
- Invest in colleagues and give coaching advice when you see an opportunity for improvement.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree & above in any discipline
- Fluency in Thai language to tackle Thailand market & bridge communication with local prospects
- Relevant B2B experience in the tech/SaaS industry finding, managing and closing business for SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise businesses
- Able to assess business opportunities and use data analytics tools to inform decision making and persuade others.
- Able to manage a large number of prospects simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors.
- Experience with SaaS opportunities and client management cycles.
- Strong negotiation & networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships with enterprise customers
