**Job Description** About the job**

Reporting to the IKEA Business Operations Manager, you are to support sales maximisation in your business area by leveraging on existing IKEA product range and tools.

**Your assignment**
- Understand and address customer needs, creating detailed quotations, and providing guidance for informed purchasing decisions, especially in IKEA's furniture, kitchen, and home accessories range.
- Prompt response to inquiries, offering tailored solutions, and recommending supplementary items to enhance the customer buying process.
- Ensure pricing accuracy of Purchase Orders, coordinate bulk purchases, oversee stock levels and transfers for order consolidation, maintain financial transparency, and optimize cost-effectiveness through collaboration with Sales Supply and Support teams.
- Prevent possible shortages or delays by monitoring stock availability and picking status from the In-store Logistics team, while improving efficiency through the implementation of a multi-store fulfilment model.
- Efficiently coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate arrival, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage order follow-ups, maintain financial records, and ensure successful transactions via customer communication and e-invoice submission after service.
- Diligently pursue resolution for unsuccessful orders or refunds, promptly resolving the issues to uphold customer trust.
- Support the Business Operations Manager in managing project-based orders and fulfilling assigned tasks.

**Qualifications**
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in sales or relevant fields.
- You demonstrate a keen passion for the home furnishing industry and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- You demonstrate strong resilience and is a good team player.
- You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively address customer inquiries and offer solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges faced in order fulfilment.
- You are resourceful, able to prioritise and structure your work, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and project management skills.
- You are familiar with computer.
- You are open to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) to cover the operation's peak periods.
