COMPANY DESCRIPTION

**BW Epic Kosan** owns and operates a fleet of 58 modern and high quality Refrigerated, Semi-refrigerated and Fully Pressurised gas carriers providing seaborne services for the transportation of Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), Ethylene, Ethane and petrochemicals. Our vessels serve as a crucial link in the international gas supply chains of leading oil majors and commodity trading houses throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, West Africa and the Americas. We employ approximately 2000 seafarers and a multi-national team of over 180 shore-based staff.

DESIGNATION : HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, QUALITY & COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE - SINGAPORE OFFICE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the HSEQ&C Unit.
- Assist in maintaining the Company's Management Policies, Procedures and processes.
- Take lead in uploading and updating ShipNetOne (our Management system) with latest revisions / forms and documentation.
- Support the Team in collating Vessel Audit and monthly reports, and other company documentation.
- Assist managers in the:

- Office Audits ISM audits (DOC - Document of Compliance), TMSA (Tanker Management Self-Assessment) reviews, ISO audits, internal ISM audits.
- Preparation & production of shipboard documents for new vessels.
- Arrange Vessel's ISM/ISPS/MLC Audits, and various other inspections / audits.
- Carry out all Flag related registration and renewal documentation requirement in co-operation with Technical Team.
- Maintain HSEQ&C files.
- Handle all electronic invoicing for the department verification for accuracy, directing invoices to managers for approval and liaising with vendors and Finance team for payment in time.
- Liaising with vessels and dispatch all HSEQ&C related documentation for distribution across the Fleet.

QUALIFICATIONS
- NITEC / Diploma in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in an administrative and/or secretarial position
- Outcome driven & strong Organisational skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills, including thorough knowledge of MS Office and other document management software (Familiarity with ShipNetOne is highly advantageous).
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
- Applicant should be Singaporean.
