TVM Capital Healthcare Partners (TCHP) is a Southeast Asian - healthcare private equity investment firm. The TVMCH invests expansion and growth capital in healthcare companies with a focus on specialized healthcare services, digital health solutions, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics. Investment and operating partners have strong international track records in healthcare operations, investment and M&A. A second regional hub is in Dubai for the Middle East and North Africa region, and representative offices are located in Munich and Boston. The Firm partners with Southeast Asian management teams to build sector champions and selectively backs companies from regions such as Europe or North America with expansion projects in SEA. **Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead IR fundraising efforts for TVM SEA fund. Provide oversight to day-to-day operations with front-line responses.
- Closely support Partners and the local team with maintaining LP relationships, with an understanding of key contacts, follow up prompts/drafting of notes, status of engagement, with insights on decision makers.

Detailed Description of the Position and its Responsibilities
- LP prioritization, mapping, and identification, including understand of investment focus and fit with TCHP. Triage investors, depending on size and importance opportunity
- LP meeting coordination/briefing notes/minutes/CRM/Follow-up
- DDQ & Data room preparation from templates/prior info source, on-going maintenance of data room
- Due diligence coordination and follow-up/minutes of action items
- First draft of RFPs and detailed investor follow up
- Co-ordination of roadshows
- Co-ordination with placement agents
- Update and maintain fund marketing material

**Person and Qualification**

Given the current composition of the TVM Capital Healthcare team in Southeast Asia and internationally, we have a preference for the following characteristics:

- Minimum of 5 years of Investor Relation experience with healthcare investment experience being a plus
- Analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills, no hesitation to pick up the phone and speak to and coordinate with investors
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of a language(s) in Southeast Asia would be an advantage
- Through understanding of PowerPoint and creation of marketing materials
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian private equity markets and prior exposure to a growth stage or healthcare PE firm would be a plus
