**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to join our global leadership team as Vice President Financial Planning & Accounting and Controlling for the APAC Region. Reporting directly to the Global Group CFO, you will serve as a key strategic advisor to the Senior Vice President of Regional Operations and global leadership, driving financial excellence, regional alignment and sustainable growth.

In this high-impact role, you will lead the financial strategy and execution for the APAC Region, steering budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support the company's global vision. As a transformative leader, you will be instrumental in advancing the global Jet Aviation strategy, enhancing financial processes and fostering a high-performing finance culture.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Act as the primary financial partner to the SVP Regional Operations, shaping and executing the financial strategy for the APAC region in alignment with global priorities.
- **Financial Excellence** - Oversee the preparation, analysis and reporting of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) to drive data-driven decision making.
- **Business Partnering** - Collaborate with regional operations and matrixed global functions to ensure effective execution of strategic objectives. Empower this relationship amongst the team.
- **Transformational Leadership** - Spearhead regional and global financial transformation initiatives, including SAP S4 implementation, Basware integration and process standardisation.
- **Compliance and Governance****:

- **Ensure full adherence to financial priorities, policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards across the region.
- **Talent Development** - Build, coach and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.

**What we're looking for**
- Extensive Experience - 10+ years in financial planning, analysis and controlling preferably within global organisations.
- Leadership Excellence - Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and influence senior leadership. Experienced as a change champion.
- Transformational Expertise - Hands-on experience with financial systems implementation (e.g SAP S4), process standardisation, and organisational transformation.
- Global Perspective - Deep understanding of regional and global financial complexities, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Strong Communication Skills - Ability to convey complex financial insights to executive stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
