**ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/IRM/SPM/HRSD)**
- Responsible for implementing solution on ServiceNow
- Review customer’s current business processes and translate to customer pain points
- Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues
- Setup CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow Production and non-production environments
- Develop reference architecture for ServiceNow integration with WOG services and external internet services
- Conduct POC to validate customer use cases.
- Assist the project management office to assess implementation efforts based on customer use cases
- Develop and maintain necessary project artefacts e.g. SaaS business rules

**ServiceNow Developer (FSM, App Engine)**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
