We are seeking an experienced technical lead with extensive web3 and fintech experience to design and deploy enterprise-grade decentralized solutions. In this role, you will not only architect Web3 systems but also lead, mentor, and grow a team of blockchain developers while collaborating closely with cloud engineers and financial services stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, security, and continuous learning within your team.

**Responsibilities**

**Technical Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead and mentor a team of Web3 developers, providing architectural guidance, code reviews, and best practices for smart contract and dApp development.
- Define engineering standards for blockchain development, including security protocols, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on emerging Web3 technologies, cloud integrations, and financial system architectures.
- Manage project timelines and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.
- Foster innovation by encouraging experimentation with new protocols, tools, and decentralized technologies.

**Web3 & Financial Systems Architecture**
- Design secure, compliant DeFi protocols, tokenized asset platforms, and institutional blockchain solutions.
- Optimize gas efficiency, transaction finality, and scalability for high-volume financial use cases.

**Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy**
- Implement cloud-native blockchain architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) for solution deployment, blockchain indexing, and API management.
- Design hybrid cloud solutions that meet institutional security and compliance requirements.

**Regulatory & Security Oversight**
- Enforce smart contract security best practices and coordinate third-party audits.
- Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations (AML, KYC, MiCA) and data privacy laws.
- Develop internal security policies for key management, wallet infrastructure, and transaction monitoring.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 7+ years in software architecture, with 2+ years in Web3/blockchain and 3+ years in cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams in blockchain/fintech environments.
- Deep financial services expertise (payments, capital markets, banking, or DeFi protocols).
- Experience with institutional crypto custody (Fireblocks, Copper) or CBDC projects.
- Technical mastery in:
1. Smart contract development (Solidity, Rust) and DeFi primitives (lending, AMMs, derivatives).

2. Financial system integrations (banking APIs, custodial solutions, regulatory reporting).

3. Strong team-building and mentorship abilities.

4. Experience driving agile development processes in Web3 environments.

5. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives and regulators.
