**Responsibilities**
- Manage full set export shipments.
- Ensure export shipments are loaded as per instructions.
- Ensure export shipments are hand over smoothly at destination.
- Prepare standard documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions)
- Provide customer service.
- Work closely with Finance Department on billing matters.
- Monitor delivery closely
- Coordinate with customers, sales, production, QC, Service team and suppliers
- order processing / delivery coordination / Invoice verification
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers & shipments
- Liaise and follow up internally and with forwarders / carriers for shipment

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent attention to details
- Minimum Diploma in business administration, sales, customer service or equivalent preferred
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer services are an added advantage
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to perform multi-tasking and prioritize work with attention to details
- Singaporeans only

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
