**Job Description - Junior Sales Manager**:
**Position Overview**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Deliver excellent service and follow-up to improve customer satisfaction.

**Team Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day activities.
- Participate in training sessions to build leadership and communication skills.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

**Operations & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
- Support the preparation of simple reports on sales performance and progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.

**Sales Development**:

- Learn and support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Research and identify potential customers, market trends, and new business opportunities.Assist in setting and tracking sales targets and performance indicators.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field _(preferred, but not required) _.
- No prior sales experience necessary - full training will be provided.
- Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and leadership.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
