- Administrate E-commerce platforms including order fulfilment/return/exchange and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Create and manage new product listing, price points and inventory levels for all e-Commerce sales channels
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- To service existing walk-in customer and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
- Provides sales & coordination support to the team.
- Assist in sale events when needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience working on any e-commerce platform is preferred
- Team-oriented with a good ability to interact with team members and partners across functions and levels
- An engaged team player with a positive mindset.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Effective multi-tasker with good attention to details
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Medical Allowance provided

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-Commerce: 1 year (preferred)
