Seeking Senior Engineering Managers to lead a team of high-performing software engineers.

**Job description**:
We are looking for a Director of Circles.Life's B2B digital telecom SaaS platform. You will be responsible for product strategy, competitive analysis, roadmap, and pricing model across the globe. This is a high visibility role that requires working with a C-suite and cross functional leadership team to develop a long-term winning strategy to guide business and engineering. You and your team will work closely with presales and business development teams to groom the sales funnel and work with marketing to develop collateral. You will partner with Circles's innovation lab to envision and build the next generation products.

**As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include**:

- Working directly with senior leaders across divisions to develop, lead the product vision and strategy.
- Working with industry analysts, prospects, and customers to stay abreast of trends and shaping the product direction.
- Identifying 10x revenue growth opportunities to develop a long term roadmap.
- Working closely with the head of the innovation lab to develop product ideas for the future, build prototypes and test market acceptance.
- Building and grooming a team of product managers.
- Participaticipating and presenting in trade shows.

**Required Qualifications**:

- In depth product management experience with a experience in a leadership role for B2B products and telecom related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in working with senior executives and customers besides internal cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in managing all phases of product management from inception to market validation to launch to product sunset.
- A passion for design excellence, usability & customer appeal in products.
- Ability to hire, manage, and coach a team of product managers.
- Ability to work independently and dealing with ambiguity in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong presentation skills - building amazing presentations and delivering compelling stories.
- Bachelor degree (science or engineering preferred) with an MBA.
