**Position**

We are looking for a driven Customer Experience and Sales Intern to join our team

You will be supporting the end-to-end sales processes where you will need to identify and build relationships with inbound consumers’ leads with the eventual goal of converting them as a user on our platform marketplace. You will need to understand consumer insights quickly to drive acquisition and growth metrics.

**Responsibilities**
- Support team with reporting, strategising, planning and implementing product iterations that support day-today customer experience
- Prepare consumer presentation materials and conduct product demonstration
- Structuring of Sales Operations process
- Consolidation and streamlining of sales materials and database
- Sales Team presentation preparation

**Requirements**:

- Full-time internship with at least a 3 months commitment period
- For Part-time internship, you must be able to commit at least three times per week
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Strong presentation, communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- You thrive in a startup with ever-changing systems and products to use and sell
- A self-starter and motivated individual with a can’t-is-not-an-option attitude
- Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy of the work
