**IFW Post Producer/Coordinator responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day communication between clients and audio post-production to efficiently manage deadlines
- Manage internal post-production communication, timeline and workflow
- Post Production Scheduling & booking for edit, graphic and audio
- Check and prep materials received from clients
- Manage projects & delivery
- Manage Affiliates and Digital deliveries, and any ad-hoc requests
- Tally and record daily facilities usage hours

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in post production
- Organised
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $3,200.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
