**Overview**:
The day to day routine consists of transporting the CEO’s children to and from school, and any other various destinations when required.

The individual should be prepared for flexibility in taking this job as there are times when business meetings are held after corporate working hours & the individual will be required to provide transport for the relevant stakeholders. Whereas in this case, it will be factored under overtime & will be reimbursable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport relevant stakeholders to and from various destinations in a safe and timely manner
- Assist relevant stakeholders with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as loading and unloading luggage and other items
- Abide all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for each trip, taking into consideration of traffic and weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of transport schedule
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained and in good working order
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance activities
- Assume all the duties required of a Chauffeur Driver, including washing and cleaning of the assigned vehicles and or luxury vehicles
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 Driver’s license and a clean driving record
- An ability to communicate in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with the relevant stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedule
- Previous experience as a drive, preferably in a corporate or personal setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
