Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver cum Warehouse Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product distribution process. This position involves handling the delivery of beauty products to our valued customers while also providing support in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Duties (70 - 80%):

- Safely and timely transport beauty products to designated delivery locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Load and unload products onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling.
- Verify product quantities and quality against delivery documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery, including accurate order verification and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.

Warehouse Duties (20 - 30%):

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming beauty products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by labeling, shelving, and recording products.
- Prepare orders for delivery by picking and packing products according to delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock checks to identify shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

- This position requires both indoor and outdoor work, involving driving and physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, may be required based on delivery schedules.
