**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields of Industrial Automation
- ** Relevant background of Sensors, RFID, IO-Link and automation devices**:

- Preferably with factory automation related customer base
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related fields
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Good communication/Negotiation skill
- Project management
- Customer orientated
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Meticulous and persistent
- Self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented
- Highly self-organize

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and expand the customer network for Industrial Sensors, Power Supplies, Cables, Transducers, RFID, Vision Cameras and Networks
- Acquire new customers in the Semiconductor, Life Science, Automotive, F&B, Metal Working and Packaging industry
- Manage and grow Key Accounts
- Responsible for customers, revenue, and profit
- Evaluate customer requests and propose appropriate solutions
- Identify opportunities and work out solutions for the customer with the technical support team
- Update customers with new products launch
- Promote and Market products and solutions
- Ensure existing customers satisfaction
