**Project Title**:
Study and Develop Best Solutions for Facilities Operations Productivity Improvement
**Description**:
Semiconductor manufacturing in Micron requires various critical utilities supply to enable all the wafer processing to take place, such as water, electricity, chemical, gas, exhaust, etc. Facilities Department is responsible to ensure continuous supply of those utilities to meet customer requirement.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Intern. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in the field of Facilities. As a Facilities Operations Intern, you will gain insights, practical experience, develop essential skills, and actively contribute to daily Facilities Operations in a semiconductor manufacturing plant. You will gain first-hand experience on how critical utilities supply and distribution system are being operated in daily basis.
**Scope**:
- Work with various key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving Facilities Operations practices and processes.
- Review current Facilities Operations processes, activities, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions to improve productivity.
- Study, identify and propose automation solutions using Micron available software for daily manual processes to improve the productivity of daily operations
- Support the maintenance and organization of Facilities Operations related documents, policies, procedures, and training materials, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure compliance with the industry standards and regulatory requirements, by assisting in the preparation and coordination of customer and internal audits.
- Take on ad-hoc projects that provide exposure to various aspects of Facilities Operations, gaining knowledge in the various Facilities disciplines.
- Daily interaction with Facilities Engineers and business partners as well as exposure to various Facilities systems.
**Deliverable**:
New, innovative, future-proof, sustainable solutions to improve productivity of daily Facilities Operations.
