**Role Summary**
You will be responsible to lead and oversee process and equipment engineering operations across key semiconductor in **Wet Etch Module**
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will lead the WET Etch module team to drive engineering and manufacturing excellence by improving processes, diagnosing failures, and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time targets. Responsible for qualifying and sustaining manufacturing processes, you will ensure rapid capacity scale-up while maintaining stringent quality and urgency standards.
- Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability, capability, quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety. You will collaborate closely with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Yield Improvement, and Cross-Module teams to sustain high-quality wafer production and delivery.
- You will develop and maintain defense and monitoring systems to prevent equipment failures and performance degradation. Driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, you will establish and refine maintenance schedules aimed at reducing unscheduled downtime and increasing tool reliability.
- Manage and lead the team for new equipment installations, hookups, and startups, coordinating with facilities, vendors, and process teams. Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex equipment issues, you will work cross-functionally with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- A vital part of your role includes providing technical training and upskilling to enhance the team’s capabilities, while working closely with process engineers, manufacturing, yield, and integration teams to support production and yield objectives.
**Education Qualification & Essential Experiences**
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, with deep expertise in the relevant module(s).
- Experience working in a 12” (300mm) wafer fabrication facility would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering teams, with a focus on equipment engineering.
