Provide administrative support to the Business unit & projects assigned
- Assist Project manager in coordinating with the project team & client during project execution
- Assist Project manager in the set-up throughout to close out in the company framework & platform (Projectwise, project budget, project review, invoicing, subcon and project sheet etc)
- Perform document control function
- Assist in all BD work, coordination and preparation of proposals /tender submissions/ presentation materials.
- Assist to maintain track and clientele records, and BD resources.
- Assist in coordination with corporate & regional offices for Company's marketing materials and internal reporting.
- Maintain diary and meeting arrangement for the Senior management of the Business unit
- Coordinate, register of training courses for employees and maintain employees' training records in the Business unit.
- Attend meetings and minutes taking when required
- Responsible to participate and support the Company's SHEQ within their scope of duties.
- Perform other duties as required
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous, reliable, independent, able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast pace environment
