Singapore A. MGR CO. PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordinate and process customers' orders and suppliers' stock availability & deliveries.
- Handle Import & Export documentations (BL/Packing Lists/Invoices/Certificate of Origin etc.
- Coordinate on order processing, shipment and invoicing with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, forwarders on purchases, shipments, Marketing and Sales Plan.
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods, maintain proper paperwork, packing and processing.
- To track open Purchase Orders to ensure timely closure.
- Complete related ad-hoc operations tasks as assigned.

KEY COMPETENCIES

equivalent.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication (oral & written) skill in English is a prerequisite.
- Posssess good IT skills and able to thrive in a technology driven workplace would be beneficial.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Accounting Data entry or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Good knowledge in international trade, operations & logistics flow.
- Must be medically certified fit.
- Able start work on immediate / short notice.

SALARY:

- SGD2500/- and above.
