Some of the key tasks includes (but not limited to):

- Audit and monitor expenses of overseas facilities
- Monitoring and approving of budgets and analysing expenses to detect fraudulent practices
- Ensure overseas staff submit relevant reports and follow SOPs.
- Ensure that the right products are being purchased and properly specified. Often you have to google to find out what is being purchased and see if better alternatives are available.
- Look for local sources in Cambodia and Nepal to find out what the prices are forc rice, cooking oil, meat, out what the prices are forc rice, cooking oil, meat, construction materials like cement, wood, roofing tiles, airlift pumps, pvc pipes, UV sterilisers etc

**Requirements**:
1. Good at Excel especially with formulas like pivot tables,vlookup, dropdown list, sumif formulas etc.

2. Analyse expenses by comparing with previous months and detecting patterns in Yer To Date spreadsheets.

3. Need to travel and able willing to stay in our overseas operations for few weeks to a month per visit

4. Diploma or Degree Holder in Business, Administration, Mass Communications, International Relations, Human Resource or any related field.

5.. Passion to help the poor.

6. Must have the ability to multitask, micro-manage when necessary, rcommunicate effectively, prepare relevant reports.

6. Willing to learn and acquire wide range of topics (from water treatment, animal husbandry to handicrafts).

7. Critical thinking, people skills and problem solving skills.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
