**Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing digital marketing content in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns in all relevant platform & digital touchpoints.
- Working closely with digital agencies to:
Ø Brainstorming content ideas, creating creative and engaging infographics & videos, and managing the monthly content calendar.

Ø Optimize user experience across multiple channels and consumer touch points, improve consumer experience and brand awareness in digital ways.

Ø Tracking digital marketing, social media, website, etc. engagement & activity.
- Analyse, measure and report monthly performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Co-work with other marketing team members to cooperate on all official platforms planning and management and ensure consistent brand image and communication in other platforms or company direction.

**eCommerce Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving e-commerce revenue growth in Singapore.
- Main gatekeeper and manage brand’s online store across all e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Drive traffic to e-store and increase conversion via social media and SEO/SEM.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationship with platform marketplace partners to leverage their promotion tools & campaign for sales.
- Develop & drive overall E-Commerce strategy for Eagle Brand range of products through third-party e-commerce marketplace platforms growth via tactical campaigns.
- Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
- Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns.
- Responsible for budgetary compliance.
