**Overview of the Team**

The increasing reliance of businesses on technology means that cybersecurity and technology risk management is a strategically important function within Temasek. The implementation of an effective and comprehensive cybersecurity defence plan and strategy will enable Temasek to be better prepared for these risks and evolving cybersecurity threats. The Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports the Cybersecurity team with two areas of focus, programme governance & financials and outreach & change.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The role will be working in the Cybersecurity Department and reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The right individual has a strong record of delivering results through outstanding performance, effective communication skills. They will have excellent project management skills and experience managing complex programs in large enterprises, and preferably tech organizations.
- Support Cyber project/programme management, pre and post project/programme operational requirements. Support onboarding of ecosystem partners.
- Management and tracking of all Cyber Program procurement, budget preparation and execution (including cyber work streams and new cyber initiatives).
- Carry out close coordination and engagement across cyber department, business units and technology department in the execution of Cyber Programmes.
- Monitor and track cyber investment due diligence execution and reporting, including engagement sessions with investment companies (where required).
- Support the department in performance metrics, monitoring and reporting.
- Support engagement and organization of regular cyber forums with TPCs and ecosystem.
- Ensure programme checklists are implemented and met, with proper handover.
- Support department for horizontal/vertical reporting requirements
- Support deployment and monitoring of proof-of-concepts (POC) to test new cyber solutions and technology.
- Drive the change efforts in building a culture of resilience across cybersecurity based on the building blocks developed by the cyber programmes.
- Ensure that change efforts are aligned to support the achievement of the cybersecurity target state.
- Work across the department to maintain and ensure all cyber key documentations (strategy, policies, architecture etc.) and technology risk management policies are updated and relevant, supporting the establishment of a Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence.

**Base Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organisational Development or equivalent
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in a change management capacity driving change / transformation initiatives
- Prior experience in large scale and complex transformation programmes will be a key advantage
- Relevant qualifications like CCMP is preferred, with prior working experience with Prosci or Kotter
- Track record of managing change for multiple complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional judgement and ability to influence without explicit authority
- Experience working with broad groups of stakeholders including senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress against goals to senior leadership
