We are looking for an experienced Product Leader with a passion for nurturing every child to become an everyday hero who drives positive change for himself / herself, others and the world, who also cares about animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and sustainability.

As Head of Product, you will be the senior-most product leader on the Edutainment Ventures, driving the venture to product-market-fit and beyond, directing product strategy and vision, and inspiring your lean, cross-functional team to deliver outsized outcomes. You will also be unafraid to dive into the weeds as needed, to problem-solve on the ground.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop and execute short-term and long-term product strategy to achieve business objectives and growth targets, from launch to scale
- Define product vision, roadmap and MVP, prioritising key features taking into consideration voice of the customer and market commercials
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design and business to drive product outcomes
- Build and lead lean, cross-functional teams
- Work closely with senior C-suite/board level corporate stakeholders to communicate business value and justify continued investment into the venture

**You should have/be**:

- 8+ years' relevant experience building and launching products 0-1
- Familiarity and preference for dynamic, technology-driven environments e.g startups, technology companies
- Track record of driving products to PMF and beyond in the capacity of a Product leader (Head of Product, Director of Product etc)
- Experience working with B2B2C products (preferred), and/or familiarity with both B2B and B2C domains
- Proven track record of building cross-functional teams and organizing teams to deliver outsized outcomes
- Product lifecycle management, with expertise in strategic roadmap development, feature prioritizations, and agile methodologies
- Solid understanding of product fundamentals including market analysis, MVP and product-market fit, positioning, go-to-market, pricing, testing, iterating based on feedback, legal, operations and finance
- Highly collaborative, having worked closely with cross-functional team members from engineering, design and business
- Familiarity working in corporate environments and managing senior C-suite stakeholders therein
- Experience working in the Gaming or EduTech domain is a strong plus
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and resourcefully
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
