We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Corporate Bank Associate** based in Singapore. This is a intermediate-level client coverage position with Citi’s Financial Institutions team, which is one of the 4 main coverage teams in Corporate Banking. The Banker will support Senior RMs in managomg a portfolio of clients comprising of banks, life and non-life insurers, asset managers, brokers dealers with primary responsibilities for cultivating stronger client relationships, positioning Citi as our clients’ trusted advisor, maximising our share of the clients’ wallet and originating and driving episodic pipelines and deals.

**In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Work with product partners to cross-sell Citi’s full spectrum of products and services by identifying and customizing solutions to meet clients’ financial, advisory, transactional needs
- Engage clients on a wide range of product and advisory solutions, including cash management, trade, custodian services, loans, debt capital markets, securitization, foreign exchange, commodities, interest rate and equity derivatives solutions
- Drive client strategy in coordination with product partners and by leveraging on Citi’s global network.
- Responsible for managing all credit, transactional and franchise risks during deal executions. Participate in credit, capital and other risk approval processes and run transaction return calculations
- Evaluate public filings, research reports, operations, business plans and financial forecasts to produce strategic and financial analyses for account plans, credit reviews and client materials
- Continuously stay informed of best practices and market and industry trends
- 3-5 years of experience in client coverage
- Good work ethics with strong integrity
- Experience with Financial Institution clients preferred
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking business and related products, pertinent regulations and the lending and credit approval process
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven interpersonal, planning, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
