Mindshare Senior Executive, Data Solutions

We are looking for superstar Senior Executive, Data Consulting and Solutions to join our ULTRA DNA (Data & Analytics) Team. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude as well as technically inclined who thrives on challenges as well as able to work in a small, intense and high growth environment.

**Reporting of the role**

This role reports to the Manager of Data Solutions and Consulting, ULTRA AAR.

**Measures of success -**

**In three months**:

- Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining data architecture on-premised /cloud-base environment
- Develop, implement and maintain API connections, ETL processes for multiple data sources
- Develop, implement and maintain data security groupings for internal and external users

**In six months**:

- Breakdown projects into achievable tasks
- Developing data solutions products and roll them out across multiple markets
- Track, measure, and report on client’s media investment

**In 12 months**:

- Ensuring that datasets are cleaned, properly maintained and read to use by internal and external teams
- Work independently and provide recommendations on new data integrations into the existing eco-system.
- Create Data PoC (Proof of Concepts) and deploy them at scale.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Design, implement and maintain databases including data architecture, data access and data connections
- Design conceptual and logical data models and flowchart
- Provide professional advice for data architecting and designs
- Developing data solutions products.
- Analyse structural requirements for new integration
- Define security and backup procedures
- Managing and delivering multiple projects with tight deadlines

**What you will need**:

- First and very important is a can-do attitude. Finding innovative ways to solve problems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related field
- Experience in database programming (SQL) is a must.
- DBA certification is highly desirable
- Experience in architecting and building data solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud services / AWS platforms (g., S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, EMR)
- Experience in big data projects using Sparks, Python, Hive, PHP, Bash/Shell Scripting, Hadoop is optional
- Experience in working in cloud implementations and integrating Azure cloud services
- Experience in API developments
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-cultural business partners and stakeholders, work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently and constantly looks for new opportunities to solve business problems
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business users from various teams
- At least 3-4 years of experience
- Leading/mentoring a senior executive
