**About the role**

Zerotone Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated **Education Planner**(American/English) to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Provide individualised support and guidance to help students reach their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, arrange and host monthly planning meetings to discuss student cases every week, and actively lead the administrative instructors to learn professional knowledge related to planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your practice
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Responsible for handling consulting work, actively communicating with students and parents, answering questions encountered by students and parents at any time, and providing them with comprehensive school information consultation

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Education or a related field
- English/America Education Planer
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a primary/secondary school setting
- Professional English level 8 or above, TOEFL 110 or IELTS 7.5 or above is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using Office softwareQuick thinking, good service awareness and communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork and coordination skills, strong affinity, so as to provide customers with high-quality services

3) Priority will be given to those who have studied abroad
