**Responsibilities**:

- Supports Project Manager (Package) in managing equipment packages delivery such that vendors ensure they meet contractual obligations and deliverables
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure Equipment/Package delivery within the agreed timeline
- Regularly update stakeholders on Equipment/Package progress, challenges, and changes in scope
- Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensures Vendor’s document submission such as ITP, Quality Plan, Procedures etc.
- Attends or leads the pre-inspection meeting if applicable
- Coordinates with Owner’s Representative, 3rd Party Inspector, Project Team and Vendor for visit to Vendor site/workshop (either local and overseas) for inspection and testing
- Ensures inspection Notifications for Inspection (NOI) are issued by suppliers and forwarded to BUYER and/or Inspection Agency in a timely manner
- Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to prepare, update and timely submission of weekly/monthly reports including procurement map
- Monitors and tracks vendor payment milestones and ensure vendor is meeting the requirements for each payment milestone
- Coordinates and supports Package Buyer and Costing Officer to manage Vendor variation/claim
- Reviews and verifies vendors invoices
- Coordinates with Vendor and Expediting Lead for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing and preservation requirements
- Coordinates with Package Buyer and Vendor for any guarantee/warranty matters
- Coordinates with Project Team and Vendor for site support for installation, testing and commissionin
- Coordinates with Vendor for timely submission of final vendors data books and documentation
- Arranges with approved agencies (ABSG, RINA and SGS Thomson) the required inspection visit upon receipt NOI (notice of inspection) from vendors
- Reviews CV of inspectors from approved agencies to recommend suitable inspectors for final approval by Vendor Package Manager
- Monitors inspection activities and progress
- Reviews and approves inspection reports submitted by 3rd party inspectors. Return approved reports to vendors for vendor data book compilation
- Reviews and follow-ups with NCR and punch list
- Approves Inspection Release Certificate (IRC) prior to final release of material/equipment/component and provide it to BUYER
- Discusses with vendors and/or client on technical clarification/deviation, ITP, Testing and Commissioning Procedures etc.
- Organizes kick-off meetings within 10days from date of signing of PO
- Organizes and chairs alignment meeting, kick-off meeting and weekly progress meeting with vendor and records minutes of meetings
- Updates vendor’s progress in weekly internal project meeting and external procurement meeting

R**equirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Process/Marine Offshore/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in project, procurement, marine, engineering and/or offshore
- Possesses positive and willing to learn attitude
- Possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g., Excel/Power Bi/Project), with a strong understanding of Project Management principle

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
