**About The Green Collective SG**We are SEA’s first collective concept (and possibly the largest aggregator platform) of sustainable brands curated based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Since our start in 2018, we have worked with over 100 sustainable brands (or Green Kakis as we call them), organised over 100 workshops and talks and enabled small sustainability focused entrepreneurs to grow and scale their business. **JOB TITTLE - The Role: Collective Manager -Retail**As the Retail Manager, you will plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store, develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales in the Collective, increase profitability, suggest improvements in policies and marketing programs that may increase sales and grow the existing community of the Collective. Maintain high standards and conditions and foster a positive environment while ensuring that the actions taken are in line with the Spirit of the Collective.

**What are you expected to do?**:

- Ensure smooth operations of the Collective
- Supervise retail team and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Train, motivate, guide and oversee new brands onboarding in the Collective.
- Manage roster.
- Uphold the spirit of the collective.
- Ensure superior customer service
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Respond to customer’s feedback, complaints and concerns in a professional manner. -Uphold the Spirit of the Collective’s principles, relevant for customer service.
- Drive sales at the Collective -Suggest sales strategies to increase traffic and profitability.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales.
- Work with brands to bring in effective marketing displays for the sales floor.
- Develop a schedule of activities and promotions.
- Prepare reports on customer requirements, buying trends etc. Visual merchandising
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards according to the professional Visual Merchandiser monthly guidelines.
