Technical Sales Engineer Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Leadership**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the technical sales team.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Technical Expertise**: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, demonstrating deep knowledge of our products and services.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, production, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in technical sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of [specific products/services, e.g., mechanical systems, lifts, escalators].
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
