The Documentum Functional Analyst reports to the Enterprise Application Sr. Manager and maintains responsibility for “hands-on” leadership in managing and supporting MODEC’s global Documentum system. This position represents the module expertise for both Documentum D2 and Capital Projects globally across all MODEC business units, leveraging a global outsourcing team for technical support and ensuring services are delivered according to the service levels agreed to.

Initially this position will be participating as an integrated member of the project team during the build, test, and deployment of MODEC’s new Documentum system that is tightly integrated into SAP, and will be required to contribute to, and author some, Business Process and Procedures and related test documents. In addition to the Project related build activities, the Documentum Functional Analyst is responsible for working together with MODEC Group IT to define new IT support procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on supporting MODEC’s global Documentum system
- Handles demand and intake from Documentum requirement, standardization of the delivery process and performing the value-add services.
- Maintain Documentum D2 and Capital Projects globally across all MODEC business units.
- Provide strong analysis and resolution for any issues occurs. At the same time able to review resolutions provided by service provider (AMS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 8 years’ experience in Documentum and D2 with rollout and ongoing support.
- Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from design to go-live for Documentum and D2 modules.
- Project management experience and able to structure and scope a project and to manage a project through to completion.
- Established experience in working in a matrix management environment.
- Ability to think strategically and at the same time be operationally hands-on when the circumstances require.
- 2 to 3 end to end implementation cycles experience and maintenance of global instance of Documentum D2/Capital projects (Prefer experience with version 4.6 D2 and Capital Projects version 1.10).
- Experience in working co-coordinating clients, Internal team members and providing business support.
- Past experience coordinating with onsite/Offshore team members.
- Must have handled at least 1 to 2 projects.
- Must have hands on knowledge in implementing Documentum and D2 modules.
- Efficient in analyzing business requirements, needs and objectives and mapping them to Documentum/D2 configurations.
- In depth knowledge of Documentum/D2 implementation, configuration, data/Document migration and cutover activities.
- Must have working experience in setting up document collaboration with outside vendors under Documentum Supplier Exchange.
- Expertise in guiding the Document Migration team for the transfer of documents off legacy ECM platform along with Shared folders.
- Expertise in preparing user training documentation, and test scripts.

- Ability to work well on cross functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
