Singapore PURAC ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD Full time

As our Finance Analyst, your primary objective is to provide the business with financial data and analysis to support strategic decisions. You are based out of our APAC business hub in Singapore and you report to the Finance Director Asia.

**Responsibilities**

Business Control support
- Prepare monthly report for FIS sales organization
- Prepare monthly Managerial Adjustment, ensure the accuracy of business data in BI ( Outlook, LE )
- Perform sales analysis, drivers.
- Update NSP on monthly basis
- Working closely with sales organization team on sales / volume analysis, provide support to Finance Director Asia whenever is required
- Prepare Quarterly Asia General Pricelist, Monthly LE review/ finalization
- Yearly Sales budget preparation & reconciliation.

SAP / Finance Administration Support
- Perform reconciliation such as Sales & Cost data
- Assist AR and collection on credit hold review & release in SAP
- Process Inventory adjustment in SAP for entire Asia entities ( SG, IN, JP, CN)
- Update Manual Party in Nomentia ( SG, IN, JP, CN)
- Internal control Teammate testing
- Fixed asset scrapping
- Provide support to Finance Administration teaM/Finance director whenever is required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent, preferably CPA
- Proficient with Advanced Microsoft Excel, Words and Power-point
- Experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP will be an added advantage
- A good team player who possess good interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated capability to deliver within strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with regional finance personnel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Mature, self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fluid, dynamically changing, and results-oriented environment.
