**JOB OVERVIEW**

Ethlas is looking for finance analysts to join our Finance team and support in annual planning and budgeting.

Additionally, analysts will also collaborate with the Business team to advise and facilitate business ventures and investments through financial analysis.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support to Co-founders and Head of Finance on Financial Planning & Analysis, including planning and budgeting, management and performance reporting
- Assist in preparation and update of financial models for valuation of the firm at periodic milestones
- Conduct market research on the latest cryptocurrency/blockchain projects and provide an analysis of the competitive landscape for the industry
- Work with multiple teams such as Data and Engineering to roll out DeFi features that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the game economy within Ethlas, defining prototype and feature specifications
- Conduct mark-to-market for investment positions on treasury portfolio and provide reporting metrics

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience in performing market research in Web3 space
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Stellar written and spoken command of English
- Passion for Blockchain technology, Web3 and decentralisation
- Well-versed with different elements of DeFi infrastructure, such as money market protocols, liquidity pools and DEXes, and option vaults
