**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly driven **Sales Director**with strong **system integrator (SI)**experience to drive **new business growth**within the **Financial Services Industry (FSI)**— particularly across **digital banks, neobanks, and fintech clients**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive **new client acquisition**across the FSI sector — targeting digital banks, fintechs, and large traditional banks undergoing digital transformation.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities involving **system integration, enterprise solutions, data analytics, and digital banking solutions.**:
- Build and execute a **go-to-market strategy**that aligns with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Leverage strong industry networks to establish executive-level relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft integrated proposals tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closure — ensuring high win rates and sustainable client relationships.
- Maintain market intelligence on digital banking trends, industry players, and competitor offerings.
**Requirements**:
- **8-12 years of sales experience**, preferably in **system integration, enterprise technology, or digital transformation solutions**.
- Proven **hunter mindset**with a track record of acquiring new clients within **FSI / digital banking**sectors.
- Strong network of contacts across banks, insurance, and fintech organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in selling **multi-solution or integration-led offerings**(e.g., cloud migration, middleware, core banking systems, cybersecurity, or analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic, self-motivated, and results-driven; able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Background**:
- Experience with leading **system integrators**or **consulting firms**in the FSI domain (e.g., NCS, Dimension Data, IBM, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, etc.).
- Exposure to **digital banking projects**, **payment systems**, or **core banking implementations**.
- Understanding of **regulatory and compliance frameworks**in the banking sector is an advantage.
