**The roles and responsibilities are as follows**:
- Responsible for all CRM related initiatives including onboarding automations, funnel conversion, branding initiatives, referral campaigns, audience building and segmentation, etc.
- Take ownership of CRM software and liaise with various stakeholders for platform optimisation and management
- Optimize CRM flow for effective sales funnel improving lead conversion and strengthening brand loyalty
- Generate CRM reports with data-driven recommendations
- Design and conduct A/B tests, collect and analyze data٫ identify trends and insights
- Manage and execute on CRM channels as client engagement and funnel optimisation channels
**Skills, qualifications and requirements**:
- A strong desire to learn, grow and collaborate to build a meaningful enterprise in solving for the biggest pain points in investing and wealth by leveraging technology
- Self-motivated, diligent, collaborative and uplifting team player with a hunger to learn, contribute and take ownership
- Minimum 2-year CRM experience with platform knowledge (e.g Braze, Appsflyer, CleverTap, etc)
- Be a strategic planner with strong logical thinking, comfortable with data and numbers
- Strong communication skills, to work with multiple stakeholders from content writing to collaborating with internal teams
- Eye for detail to manage integrity of CRM data
- Work experience in marketing roles in the technology and/or financial services industry is a plus
- Experience with data analytics and data extraction (SQL) is a plus
- Adept at Microsoft Office Powerpoint and Word, with proficient Excel skills
