**Profile**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Retail Sales Assistant**to join our team. The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the retail store while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in mobile and electronic devices.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
- Deliver high quality and standards of service to customers.
- Proactively engaged and attend to walk-in customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Customer service orientated and willing to go the extra mile.
- Possesses a professional and cheerful attitude.
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Passion for mobile and electronic devices will be highly advantageous.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking would be a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 6 days work week with 1 off day per week.
- Work location: East or West.
