Requirements- Manage assigned Canon Software Solutions in document capture, scanning and print management solutions.
- Support sales in presales activities across the south and south-east region.
- Scope customer’s business process/workflow requirements.
- Translate customer’s business requirements into solution requirements.
- Fit these requirements into a solution using Canon’s suite of software.
- Prepare proposal and budgetary quotation.
- Brief and update post sales implementation team.
- Prepare, review and maintain related pre-sales documentation and ensure they met customer expectation.
- Setup solution configuration for presales demonstrations and present to relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for solution proposed, both functionally and non-functionally.
- Collaborate and provide input to post-sales consultants.
- Handle regional queries on solution related matters.
- Assist in any other departmental operations on regular or ad-hoc basis.
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience in delivery of PMS, Scanning, DMS and ECM solution will be a key advantage.
- Domain knowledge of workflow process will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL and/or Oracle databases and Java scripting will be advantageous
- Strong aptitude, attitude and can-do spirit are critical for this position.
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Independent, creative, willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Overseas travel may be possible, up to 25% of the time.
