**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Find data to support analytical projects and oversee or execute the work necessary to prepare data to support the development of information models to prove or disprove project hypotheses.
- Analysis of trends and correlations in the IT operational data to identify outliers and inconsistencies.
- Develop reports to provide insight into IT services and their efficiency.
- Analyze metrics to support IT service delivery organization across incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Create dashboards to provide KPIs to Senior Leadership.
- Advance the analytical competencies and help to develop Predictive Analytics:

- Help with data preparation for Big Data Platform ingest.
- Prepare Predictive models based on operational data and communication of insights and recommendations to management.
- Forecast future operational events and trends.

**Education Minimum Requirement**:
MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Approx. 5 years of total experience with at least 2+ years of job specific experience.
- Has knowledge of system architecture and data flows modeling, depict and communicate problems and solutions (e.g. relationship diagrams, work flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, decision tree diagram
- Experience with data analysis and reporting techniques over the large data sets. Demonstrated ability correlate data from a diverse set of repositories to drive enhanced reliability within the environment.
- Experience in data visualization and report development techniques. Demonstrated ability to present complex ideas & solutions for personnel at all levels of the organization.
- Have technical user experience from Oracle database, APEX, Tibco Spotfire, potentially Hadoop/Teradata, Yellowfin
- Potentially has knowledge of ITSM tools and process workflows (BMC Remedy)
- Has exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
- Maintains positive relationships between interested parties
- Is a strong team player able to work effectively at all levels of organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

**Desired Experience and Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of IT Reporting
- Knowledge on Big Data
- Experienced in Python
